How to pay

Our card payments are handled by Sage Pay Secure Payment Gateway. When you click on the PAY button you will be directed to Sage Pay Secure Payment System. This is extremely secure using 128bit SSL encryption technology.

 

Please note that if you do not complete the SagePay Payments Screen, your order WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

 

Further Note: Payments will be processedin pounds sterling (£).

 

Shirt Personalisation

Please make sure you have selected the correct custom name and/or number for your customised orders.  Personalised shirts (or other garments) cannot be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty by Burnley Football Club.  If you are unsure of your correct size please do not proceed with personalisation.  Burnley Football Club accept no responsibility should a player leave the club or change squad number.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of purchase in an unworn/unused condition together with the receipt and packaging for a full refund or exchange.   We are unable to refund/exchange DVD’s, jewellery or underwear.  We are unable to exchange or refund personalised printed shirts or accept responsibility should a player leave the club or change squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if deemed faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Returns should be sent to:

We advise that you send the goods by recorded delivery.  Burnley Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.  Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.

UK Delivery

Burnley Football Club aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. However at certain times of the year this may not always be possible.  Please allow 15 days for delivery of your order.  Burnley Football Club will make every effort to ensure efficient and quick delivery, however your order is accepted without guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

UK deliveries up to £4.99 will be sent Royal Mail First Class.  Deliveries above £5.00 will be sent Royal Mail Tracked.

For next day delivery please place your order before 12 noon (this applies to UK Mainland only) for guaranteed delivery, orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday.
 Overseas Delivery

Overseas deliveries up to £4.99 will be sent Royal Mail Small Packets.  Deliveries over £5.00 will be sent Royal Mail International Signed for, please allow 14 - 21 days.  During peak periods please allow up to 28 days. These times are dependent on Royal Mail and the destination postal services.  Burnley Football Club will make every effort to ensure efficient and quick delivery, however your order is accepted without guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

 

Stock availability & pricing

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out.  Where possible these items will be removed from the website. If this situation arises we will attempt to contact you by phone or email to arrange a replacement of similar goods or a full refund.  If we are unable to contact you your order will be cancelled.  Burnley Football Club reserves the right to withdraw, replace or amend any product without prior notification. 
 
All prices quoted on Clarets Store are correct at the time of issue. Unfortunately, on some occasions it may become necessary to change individual prices and Burnley Football Club reserves the right to do so.
