Our aim is to make sure that ordering items from Clarets Store is as easy and enjoyable as possible.

 

Searching and Ordering

• Register or log in.  Choose to be added to the mailing list.
• Browse by category or through the search option
• Choose products from each category
• Click on a product image to view more images
• Choose your size from the drop down menu (where applicable)
• Click on add to basket, tell a friend or continue shopping
• View product in My Basket and change quantities if you wish
• Choose continue shopping or checkout
• Proceed to Checkout Entry page once all items are chosen
• Enter email address and password if  not already done so
• Select delivery address
• Enter payment details through Protx
• Your order is now received and will be processed, you will receive an email confirmation

 

Delivery Times
At Clarets Store we aim to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.

Goods will be delivered  within 5 to 7 days from date of purchase (however, Burnley Football Club offer no guarantee to deliver goods by a specific date). Please allow 15 days for delivery of your purchase.  We will notify the customer should any problems arise.  Items described as 'Pre-order' will be dispatched when the goods arrive in stock.
